Finding a good lender is your first step to a smooth transaction. Shop around and ask what interest rate they can offer for the loan type you want. Ask about fees and closing costs, then once you find someone you feel comfortable with, have them begin the pre-approval process. When they have assessed how much you can borrow, we can start searching for your home.
